Question: Do I get to choose the book title and cover colour?

Answer: If you contact me and let me know the letters/numbers you want displayed I can work out the pattern and usually give a few book options.

Question: How long does an order take to be shipped?

Answer : I can usually send orders out within 5 days depending on demand.  

Question: I live local can I pick the book up to save paying postage?

Answer:  Yes If you contact me with the order I can arrange to deliver or arrange collection of the book and you can pay on collection.

Question: Which is the best way to contact you?

Answer: You can message me through the website or email me at [email protected]

Question: Why can't I choose a word with more than 7 letters?

Answer: Any more than 7 letters and I'm unable to obtain a book with enough pages to fold.  Contact me with any requests and depending on the letters used it may be possible.
 

Question: If I live local to you can I arrange to pay for the book on collection to save delivery charges?

Answer:  Yes, I'm based in Sunbury-on-Thames but also work in Hobbycraft, Staines. If you live in the area I can arrange to deliver the book to you or you can collect from Hobbycraft in Staines.
